Where Do We Ship?

We ship worldwide—because great style knows no borders. Whether you’re in the bustling city, the quiet countryside, or somewhere in between, we’ll get your bag to you (as long as your location is serviced by major shipping carriers). If you're in a remote area where only carrier pigeons deliver, well… we’ll try our best.

Processing Time

Once you place an order, we spring into action! Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before heading out the door. This means no staring out the window 10 minutes after you click “buy.” Give us a moment to pack your order with care!

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 5-12 business days, depending on your location and how fast the shipping gods are feeling that day.
  • Express Shipping: Need your bag ASAP? We offer faster shipping options that typically arrive within 3-7 business days (cost varies by location).
  • Free Shipping? Sometimes! Keep an eye out for special promos where we treat you to free shipping—because who doesn’t love a good deal?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number, so you can follow your bag’s journey to its new home (and stalk it like it’s a celebrity sighting).

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we wish we could personally escort your package to your doorstep, we rely on third-party carriers. If your order is running late, please check your tracking info first. Still MIA? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to track it down like a detective in a spy movie.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

(For when you change your mind or your cat claims the bag as their own)

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packed the way you received them (we love a good unboxing, but we need it back in one piece!).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We do NOT accept returns for items that have been personalized, heavily used, or mysteriously smell like gym socks (seriously, keep it fresh!).

How to Return

  1. Contact us to initiate a return—we’ll provide you with all the necessary details.
  2. Pack your item securely (bonus points if it looks as nice as when it arrived!).
  3. Ship it back using a trackable method—we’re not responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the bag, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. No funny business.
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (like if we accidentally sent you a pink purse instead of a sleek black crossbody—oops!).

Exchanges

Need a different color or style? We don’t do direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want. Easy peasy.

Damaged or Defective Items
